A. What are the minimum Requirements?
- Pentium 100MHz - 8MB RAM
- Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT

B. How to Download the Free
Software?
- You can download this software by clicking here or
on the Download button, and follow the instructions.
C. After downloading the software,
what do I do next?
- Double-click the icon of the downloaded program (file name is "Arthurian
_w.exe"). After that, please follow the step-by-step instructions of
the Installation Wizard.
D. I could not find the software
I downloaded. What do I do?
- Normally, it will reside on your desktop. However, if you still cannot
find it, click "Start" -> "Find" -> "Files
or Folders", then type in "Arthurian _w.exe", and finally click
on the "Find Now" button. After you have found the software, double-click
to begin the installation.
E. What's the name of the program?
- Arthurian _w.exe
F. How long will it take to
download the program?
- It depends on the speed of your modem. You can use the following table
to estimate your download time:
Modem Speed: 56K - 15 minutes
Modem Speed: 33.6K - 25 minutes
Modem Speed: 28.8K - 35 minutes
G. Will there be any chance
of catching a virus by downloading this program?
- Definitely no. Not a chance.
H. Do I have to download every
time I want to play?
- No. You only need to download and install once. The user initially downloads
a small file, of around 5MB, containing the most popular games: e.g. Blackjack,
Roulette, Craps etc. Other games can be downloaded later to your machine
as you require them. see 2A below.

Adding Games
A. How do I get all the Games?
- After the initial installation, connect to the internet and execute the
Arthurian Casino program and logon.
- Click on a gray button and the software for that game will install for
you. You must be connected to the Internet to download additional games.
B. Why are some game buttons
gray?
- Those are games that have not yet been added to your computer. If you want
that particular game, you have to download it first as mentioned above.
C. How long will it take to
download the new game?
- It depends on your modem speed. Normally it takes 3-5 minutes.
D. While downloading, can I
play the other games or check out the menu?
- No you cannot. You have to complete your download first.

Registering as a Member
A. How can I register as a member
(for both play for free and for real cash)?
- Connect to the Internet and run the Casino program.
- Click connect -> Register Now!
- Fill out the form and follow the instructions. You can choose between "Real
for $" or "Free as a Guest".
- Write down your password that you have received and keep it secure.
B. If I want to play for free,
do I have to register?
- Yes, you do have to register. However, you have to choose "Free as
a Guest".
C. Is there any cost for registering
at Arthurian Casino?
- No. You are not charged to simply register, regardless of whether you register
as a Guest or Play for Real Cash.
D. If I do not want to register
via the Internet, is there any other way?
- You can rest assured of the safety of your information through the Internet.
However, you can register by telephone if you prefer. You can call our Support

E. How can I cancel my membership?
- You do not have to cancel your membership because there are no fixed costs
or maintenance fees. However, if you wish to have your membership cancelled,

A. How can I login to Arthurian Casino?
- Connect to the Internet and execute the Arthurian Casino program, then after
filling in your account name and Password, click on Connect.
B. I cannot remember my Account
Name and Password. What should I do?
- Please contact our Support Team (please check details on Contact
Us page). In order to comply with eCogra's strict policies on account
details, we are only able to provide players account details after positively
identifying a player over the phone.
C. Can I let someone else use
my account?
- No. They have to open their own account.

A. How do I purchase chips?
- You can use your credit card, or send a wire transfer (for more information,

B. What currency do I use to

Game Playing
A. What happens if I get disconnected while playing?
- Our gaming server will save the status of your game and whenever you re-connect
to the server it will automatically start from that point. In the case
of slots, video poker and roulette, our gaming server will always complete
the game in the event of a slot connection. This is not the case for all
the games. The table games stop where the last card was dealt.
B. I have little or no knowledge
of computers or the Internet. Will I be able to play at Arthurian Casino?
